Stability is divided into two distinct areas of evaluation. The first is defined as "lower body
mechanics". Lower body mechanics provides information about the "platform" on which
body segment accelerations take place. The second area is defined as "trunk orientation".
Trunk orientation provides information about core stability and spine position.
zenoLINK quantifies lower body mechanics by measuring pelvis rotation
around the spine relative to the linear movement of the center of mass of the body. Trunk
orientation is quantified by measuring anatomical trunk flexion - extension and lateral bending.
Results are provided in both graph and numeric format for evaluation.
