The body utilizes a coordinated pattern of movement to accelerate the golf club. This coordinated pattern can be defined as the “segmental summation of speed”. Segmental summation is most commonly referred to in athletic activity as the “kinetic link”.

zenoLINK quantifies the golf swing kinetic link by measuring the rotational speed of the hips, shoulders, arms and club. Segmental coordination is mapped visually using a proprietary graph format. Numeric results are provided for normal comparision evaluation.

Kinetic link data is crucial in identifying areas of the body where physical limitation impacts overall swing performance. It is also key in identifying compensation mechanisms that result from biomechanical breakdown.
